All Alien Artifacts are custom-made to order and therefore non-returnable, except in the rare case of a confirmed defect, in which case our Cosmic Quality Assurance guarantees a full refund or replacement.
Definition of a Defective Item
A defective item is defined as a product that exhibits a material imperfection in design, materials, or workmanship that significantly affects its functionality, safety, or overall appearance. Only substantial anomalies - those that impact the item’s ability to perform its intended duties - qualify as defects under our Cosmic Quality Assurance.
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may return a defective item within 10 earth days of the date of delivery.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the defective item must be in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return for a Defective Item
If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Initiate Contact: Send an email to our Cosmic Customer Support team at info@alien-artifacts.com. In your email, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the defect or issue
- Photographs or videos clearly demonstrating the defect
- Your contact information (name, phone number, and email address)
- Confirmation: Our Cosmic Customer Support team will review your request and respond to you within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Launch the Return
In the case of defective items, Alien Artifacts will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We will cover all return shipping costs. Please follow the instructions provided by our Cosmic Customer Support team when returning the item.
Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving the defective item and confirming the defect, we will offer you the following options:
- Replacement: We will beam you a replacement item at no additional cost to you. If the item is no longer available, we will provide a similar product of equal value.
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 earth business days of receiving the returned defective item.
